"I'm a former client of retired State Farm Agent, Eric Huffman, who came highly referred and was outstanding! He let his clients know a year in advance of his retirement, and how everyone would be transferred to another State Farm Agency. The next Agent was just as great, and the transfer/communication was seamless for close to 7 years. Then, earlier this year (2025), State Farm abruptly transferred their customers to the Crystal Robertson Agency. I wasn't aware of the change until I called my "then" Agent, and the office manager at the Robertson Agency answered the phone. No explanation. And not welcoming. This month (November), I called for clarity on my Policy twice, leaving detailed voicemails. After a week+, no one has returned my calls. "No one". No problem. I've already submitted my formal request to switch Agents. As the customer, I have choices.✌🏾 ***Update (12/3/25): Crystal Robertson responded to my negative Google Review faster than the turn-around time of her Office returning my calls related to my Policy. No surprise. For the record, I was annoyed with the unprofessionalism, "not frustrated" (as she indicated), and have moved on.💯***"

"I cancelled my coverage through them November 2024, and was still being charged for a portion of the coverage through January even after specifying to terminate allll coverage. Received another bill January 2025, paid it instead of continuing to argue with them. After going back and forth with them, was told it was handled and all coverage was finally cancelled. Just received another bill due June 2, 2025. I literally cancelled all coverage and continue to get billed. Emailed them about it and asked them to fix the issue and haven’t heard back! Will be contacting an attorney if this issue isn’t resolved after contacting corporate!"
