"Very unprofessional experience. It took nearly two weeks to get a callback about my policy renewal, and by the time they responded, my policy had already lapsed.

I reached out because my premium was increased significantly without my consent. Instead of addressing that, Brandi(works in the office) attempted to mischaracterize my situation by suggesting my property was being rented out, even after I clearly stated it was not—only that I was having work done. She then mentioned reporting her lie to underwriting.

Poor communication and questionable practices. Would not recommend."

BUT I want to say my experience with State Farm has been the best experience and I owe it all to Crystal Robertson! I was overwhelmed with the underwriters from my mortgage company, and they were super picky yet making requests changes and very challenging everyday, with crazy time restrictions! Crystal sent over every documentation as requested and same day each time. They must have changed something everyday for a week straight. Crystal kindly spent hours on the phone with me, communicated via email daily with the processors, gave clear and kind responses SAME DAY, most times the same hour, everytime! I was at my breaking point with this lender. All of my things were in order, but they still gave me such a difficulty. Crystal never became impatient, even though I did! She got me through a really tough week. Words can’t describe my gratitude. She’s like heaven sent, because without her I would have given up and I can’t do this, real estate is my life! "I'm a former client of retired State Farm Agent, Eric Huffman, who came highly referred and was outstanding! He let his clients know a year in advance of his retirement, and how everyone would be transferred to another State Farm Agency. The next Agent was just as great, and the transfer/communication was seamless for close to 7 years.

Then, earlier this year (2025), State Farm abruptly transferred their customers to the Crystal Robertson Agency. I wasn't aware of the change until I called my "then" Agent, and the office manager at the Robertson Agency answered the phone. No explanation. And not welcoming.

This month (November), I called for clarity on my Policy twice, leaving detailed voicemails. After a week+, no one has returned my calls. "No one".

No problem. I've already submitted my formal request to switch Agents. As the customer, I have choices.✌🏾

***Update (12/3/25): Crystal Robertson responded to my negative Google Review faster than the turn-around time of her Office returning my calls related to my Policy. No surprise. For the record, I was annoyed with the unprofessionalism, "not frustrated" (as she indicated), and have moved on.💯***"
